Experience in the design of high performance circuits and
sub-systems using modern dedicated digital or Processor-based
techniques.
Of particular interest is experience of designs targeting
ASICs, FPGAs, PALs, PLDs, microprocessors, VHDL and digital
signal processors (DSP).
Specific experience using Xylinx Altera or Lattice Products
would be advantageous as would design experience with any
standard communications databus Eg MIL STD 1553 or IEEE 1394
and the use of Analogue and Verilog systems.
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential: B Eng, BSc in Engineering (Aeronautical or Electronics),
Maths or Physics.
